In cases where I am coaching you to successfully socialize your puppy, work with your reactive, fearful, and/or aggressive dog, it is usually necessary to accompany you to public places to experience “real life” situations.
These sessions usually last one hour and take place at pet friendly establishments, retail outlets and public parks.
You should always bring a good supply of soft delicious small treats, e.g. chopped boiled chicken breast, and easily available water supply for your dog.
I strongly recommend you have a treat bag to hold your treats rather than stuffing your pockets with chicken!
