Many behavior questions can be addressed by telephone – either instead of, or in addition to, a one-on-one visit. Some of my clients are out-of- state or even in other countries completely.

New clients need to have an initial brief chat to establish the suitability of a telephone consult and if we proceed you would simply go to the on-line checkout below and purchase a 60 minute consult.

Subsequent consults can be for 60, 30 or even 15 minutes. I then email you to set up the consultation at a mutually convenient time.

Sometimes it’s best to have the consultation with a Zoom connection so I can see your dog. Usually that’s not necessary though.

Phone consults must always be prepaid and are non-refundable.
